Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original dust bag and protective shipping box, ensuring all authentic tags and hardware protectors remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable courier service to send the package to our centralized distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our artisans will inspect the leather for signs of wear; upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
